Presentation Matters

I have just been sent a link to a video discussing Steve Jobs’ presentation style. The Business Week article also includes some general tips for all of us, in terms of how to make our presentations more interesting. I would strongly recommend you watch the video interview with Carmine Gallo, a communications consultant, since he has watched hours of Jobs footage, and has analysed the Jobs style of presentation and tells us why Steve Jobs is such a great presenter. There’s also a link to his book which I couldn’t resist ordering on Amazon. I can’t wait to read this and see what I can do to improve my slides. I absolutely must get rid of bullet points (I keep saying that! But it’s like breaking a smoking habit! So hard to do…).
